As part of COHRA's public presentation we are creating this website in order to educate as many people as possible about the reality of extraterrestrial consciousness and all it's implications, focusing on those whom already live amongst us. This is COHRA's mandate.

Since the initial conceptualization of COHRA by Purple Crow around the turn of the millennium, we have ran our meager collective on absolutely no funding what so ever, which has taken it's toll on this global project as time is so very limited in this controversial paradigm. With little time in a full day for this author to keep several websites up and running, along with even more web lists to moderate, COHRA is in need of your active participation and support.

COHRA is funded and run by the active participation of it's members who more often than not perfer to remain private. It has taken many years for our network to establish itself. Purple Crow is driven by a very strong internal passion due to his own direct encounters as well as his natural compassion for others to see COHRA through tough times in order to assure its manifestation in the bigger picture of world affairs.

Considering the highly controversial nature of COHRA there are times when we must remain private about our associations in order to protect their good name and maintain trust with our sources. Trust does not come easy for us - it must be earned. Most of the work that goes on behind the scenes of COHRA extend from pre-existing and highly trusted private networks between friends of like mind who have proven themselves through their actions of mutual support in this global effort for peace between species.
